Cancellation 30 or more days before the day of the tour: no penalty applied
Cancellation from 29 to 14 days before the day of the tour: penalty 30% of the total price.
Cancellation from 13 to 02 days before the day of the tour: penalty 60% of the total price.
Cancellation from 01 days or No Show: penalty to be paid equal to 100% of the total price.
If you request the purchase of the Flex Cancellation option (€ 50 non refundable) you have cancellation without penalties up to 3 days before the tour.
