We are Andrea and Gianluca, and since 2014 we have been managing a family farm which is located 10 minutes from Orvieto, on the Alfina plateau, surrounded by landscapes immersed in greenery at 500 meters above sea level. Over time we specialized in the breeding of beef cattle: the famous Chianina breed. Fed with fodder and cereals produced by us.
In our land, which extends for approximately 80 hectares, we grow legumes, cereals and “ancient grains” ground for the production of flour and then processed to prepare bread, pasta and biscuits.
Among the products that you can find in our online shop and at our store in the historic center of Orvieto, there are also preserves from our garden, ready-made Chianina ragù in convenient jars and other specialties such as honey and oil.
At the shop in Via del Duomo we offer, in addition to all the products of our farm, also local and Umbrian wines, cheeses, cured meats and truffles.
We are waiting for you in Orvieto from Monday to Sunday at the following times 10:00 am/1:30pm and 3:30pm/7:00pm.
We are closed on Wednesdays.
