Claudio Alvicolo was founded in 2019 as the natural evolution of a journey that began many years earlier. The project bears the signature of Claudio Delli Poggi, a lifelong pizza chef, who, along with his siblings Stefano and Stefania, co-owned the historic Charlie Pizzeria, a landmark for generations.
Claudio Alvicolo is located in the heart of Orvieto’s historic center and offers gourmet pizza that amazes every customer with its digestibility and unique combinations. You’ll find a colorful, meticulously designed space with a small internal courtyard where you can enjoy a delicious pizza.
