Our dough is made daily with select flours and water, just like in the most authentic tradition. It’s thin yet soft, fragrant, and lightly golden: the perfect base for any filling.
In every piadina, we use only quality ingredients, carefully selected and crafted with respect. Fresh seasonal vegetables, Italian cured meats, creamy cheeses, and freshly prepared sauces: each filling is a subtle balance of flavors that complement and enhance each other.
