For\u00a015 years we have produced extra virgin olive oil, honey, saffron and nuts<\/strong>. Also, as associated dell’apau (Umbrian\u00a0Bee Association), we boast among our products mead.<\/p>\n

Honey and fruit: a line of products made with honey and fruit paste, excellent in combination with fresh cheese, and panna cotta.
\nHoney and truffle, honey and saffron and honey and chilli: excellent with aged cheeses, especially if combined with mead. Hazelnut paste: from the milling of nuts, made with the mill stone of our design, we get a fine hazelnut paste rich in omega 3. Excellent in coffee, cakes and ice cream.
\nCream with honey and hazelnuts: the union of the hazelnut paste with honey create a cream without adding any preservatives or coloring, ideal for breakfast or a healthy and nutritious snack.<\/p>\n

We organize visits and tastings<\/strong> where both adults and children learn the production and processing of honey. We also offer cooking classes that revive the flavors of traditional Umbrian dishes. We participate in\u00a0the Cittaslow International markets as representatives of the city of Orvieto, both in ltaly and abroad.<\/p>\n

You can visit us on the farm or in our shop in the historic center of Orvieto, in Via Filippeschi 10<\/strong>, a short walk from Piazza Della Repubblica: you can find our products and some of the best local produce Orvieto.
