Thus it is also locally called that prized variety of\u00a0<strong>beans<\/strong>\u00a0that was grown in Orvieto from the end of the 1800s until the post-war period and that today, having become \u201cSlow Food Presidium\u201d, we want to recover by encouraging the recovery of production of this native legume with particular characteristics.
