The train station is easily accessible and well connected to the historic center thanks to the rapid and practical funicular that takes only few minutes to reach the center.<\/p>\n<p>The great heritage\u00a0of art and history of Orvieto, its unique monuments such as the Duomo and the Pozzo di San Patrizio, and the presence of numerous museums make this Umbrian city an ideal place for lovers of art and <strong>cultural tourism<\/strong> as well as local culinary traditions that attract those in search of good food and <strong>traditional typical products<\/strong> like extra virgin olive oil and wine.<\/p>\n<p>For those who love nature and sports there is no shortage of routes and trails, the natural parks of\u00a0Mount Peglia and Villalba are about one half hour from the city, while in a few miles you can reach the Tiber River Park, Corbara lake (for fishing) and Bolsena lake (well-equipped with facilities, beaches for swimming and sailing).<\/p>\n<p>Orvieto also offers different
